Entry from: Koh Samui, Thailand Entry Title: "Koh Samui - In the jungle the mighty Jungle!" Entry: "Sorry about the length of time since the last post ,good Internet access is hard to find and we have been pretty busy ! its not easy to type with a beer in one hand and a guide book in the other!! We arrived in Samui around 9 at night we hopped into a taxi to take us to our resort , well to take us to the foot of the mountain to wait for the 4x4! By this point Jen is a nice shade of mocha. Our lady taxi driver turned to me and said "your wife..........she Thai ?" , now i don't now what is funnier , the fact that Jen is now passing for a local or that i look desperate enough to need to buy a wife ?! We made it the the rendezvous point with the pick up truck and started our ascent up the mountain , we scoffed at the fact that the road wasn't to bad ..... suddenly the tarmac disappeared and we were scaling up a near vertical dirt road , holding on in the back of the pick up truck for dear life!. We safely made it up the mountain and were greeted by the staff of the jungle club , the night time views of the beach below were amazing , the Jungle resort had an amazing , chilled out vibe , far from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng below , the sound of the wildlife blended in with the reggae music and soft ...
